Along with weather delays out of our control, which could affect shipping and transit times. We'll continue to strive to get our amazing customers their orders as quickly as possible!!
Free US Shipping - Our boutique offers free shipping on all US orders over $50! Just please give us 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will arrive in 3-5 business days. All items are shipped from the USA.
*Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather-related delays are beyond our control.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day after the order has been placed! We do offer expedited shipping options if you’re shopping in a hurry. However, for free shipping from our boutique, processing may take up to two business days.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. If Route protection was purchased at checkout, all claims can be filed through the Route App. Please note this may take up to 7-10 business days. Either way, let us know ASAP.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge a flat $5.95 fee if under 1lb, or $8.95 if over 1lb to re-ship the order to the correct address.
